Anne provided excellent insight about the best communities, schools, and real estate values.  She took the time to find what was most important to us in our next home.  Her knowledge of the local market really impressed my wife and me.  After about a month of searching we thought we had found the right home; however, it needed some TLC.  Anne, not convinced that we had found our "perfect home", insisted that we view one more house.  As it turned out, she was right and we immediately made an offer and closed one month later.  Had it not been for Anne's perception and persistence our home buying experience would not have been nearly as rewarding.
